Greater Lafayette ranks among top U.S. markets to own a home, live

SUMMARY

The Greater Lafayette area is a nice place to live. But don’t simply take our word for it. Take it from The Wall Street Journal and Realtor.com.

These collaborators created the Emerging Housing Markets Index, which uses real-estate data and other economic indicators to identify the best U.S. housing markets in which to own a home and live. The Greater Lafayette area came in at No. 6 overall out of 300 U.S. markets included in the inaugural index released in April 2021.

This package includes a primary written story that explains Greater Lafayette’s growth, plus a second story featuring five vignettes where residents explain what they like about living in the area. It also features video and social media assets that allow these residents to tell their stories directly.
